Terms of Service
Last updated 8 September 2026. These terms govern your use of Pleofon, a macOS application published by Bryza Media Gracjan Jeschke.
1. Who we are
Pleofon is published by Bryza Media Gracjan Jeschke, VAT ID PL5833495749. You can reach us at contact@pleofon.ai. Orders are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record, handles payment and tax, and issues your invoice. Your contract of sale for the subscription is with Paddle; your licence to use the software is with us.
2. The licence you get
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Pleofon on computers you own or control, for as long as you comply with these terms. You may use the app commercially. The footage you process and the edits you produce remain entirely yours; we claim no rights over your material or your output.
You may not resell, rent out or redistribute the application, attempt to circumvent its usage limits, or extract the bundled machine learning models for use outside Pleofon.
3. Plans and limits
The free plan includes the complete application with a limit of 60 minutes of analysis per calendar month. The limit resets on the first day of each month in UTC. Material that does not fit within the remaining limit is refused before analysis starts, so no partial work is charged against it. Editing, playback and export of projects you already have are never limited.
The Pro plan removes the monthly analysis limit for $19.99 per month. The usage limit is counted per computer, so several accounts on one machine share one monthly allowance.
4. Billing and renewal
Pro is a subscription billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a payment fails we do not cut off access immediately; Paddle retries the payment for several days first.
5. Your material and the improvement programme
Analysis runs on your own computer. Pleofon can additionally send your source material to us so we can train better cutting models. That is optional on every plan, it is switched on by default, and you can switch it off at any time in the app under Settings. Turning it off does not restrict any feature and does not affect your licence or your price. We never use this material to train generative AI. See the Privacy Notice for what is collected and how to have it deleted.
6. Availability and updates
Pleofon is under active development and is currently offered as a beta. We may add, change or remove features, and we deliver updates through the app. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the licensing service, though the app keeps working offline for 30 days without contacting our servers.
7. Liability
The software is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost footage, lost work, lost profit or any indirect damage. Keep your own backups of your source material; Pleofon works on copies but is not a backup system. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Pleofon at any time. We may suspend a licence that is being used to breach these terms, in particular to redistribute the software or to evade the usage limits.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
